Returns & Cancellations

Because the services we provide are digital services, refunds after service commencement are generally not accepted. However, exceptions will be made in the following cases only.

  • Where a critical technical defect prevents normal use of the service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period
  • Where, within 7 days of commencement of a corporate subscription plan, the primary features differ significantly from what was announced

Eligibility & Conditions To use our services, you must agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Corporate users must be legally registered entities, and individual users must be 18 years of age or older.
Sales Quantity Limits We may limit the number of service accounts based on system capacity and technical support resources. During special promotional periods, quantity limits may apply to certain plans; details will be clearly stated on the relevant campaign page.
Conditions for Service Suspension We may temporarily suspend or terminate service in any of the following circumstances.
  • Violation of the Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of service fees
  • Abuse of system resources that affects other users
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Scheduled maintenance downtime (advance notice will be provided)
System Requirements

Our services are cloud-based web applications. The following environments are supported.

  • Browser: Chrome (latest), Firefox (latest), Safari (latest), Edge (latest)
  • OS: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.14 or later, iOS 13 or later, Android 9 or later
  • Network: Broadband internet connection (5 Mbps or faster recommended)
  • Storage: Sufficient free storage space is required when using the file upload feature

Notes on Recurring Subscriptions

With respect to our subscription services, we provide the following additional disclosures as required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Recurring Billing Details · Monthly plan: Automatically renewed each month. Payment is automatically charged on your billing date
· Annual plan: Automatically renewed each year. Payment is automatically charged on the contract anniversary date
How to Cancel Recurring Billing

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time using either of the following methods.

  1. Log in to your account, then go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription Management" and select "Cancel Subscription"
  2. Contact customer support: tenzai@tenzai.jp

If cancellation is not requested at least 3 business days before your next billing date, charges for the following period may apply. After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of your current contract period.
