How long does it take to get started?

Because TenZai AI is cloud-based, you can begin using it right after signing up. For most firms, the time from account creation to live operation is just a few days. Can it integrate with my existing accounting software?

Yes. We support CSV and other data formats that import into major accounting packages, so recognized journal entries can be passed directly into the software you already use. API integration is also available on request—please contact us to discuss your environment.

Which documents and formats are supported?

We support a wide range of documents used in bookkeeping—invoices, receipts, bank passbooks, and various supporting vouchers. Scanned PDFs and images of paper documents as well as native digital files can all be read, and the AI recognizes both standardized and non-standardized layouts.

Can I manage multiple clients in one place?

What kinds of documents can the AI read?

It reads a broad range of vouchers needed for bookkeeping, including invoices, receipts, and bank passbooks. Even for non-structured documents without a fixed layout, the AI automatically extracts the fields you need—date, amount, counterparty, and tax category.

Does it support the Invoice System and multiple tax rates?

Yes. TenZai AI supports Japan's Invoice System (qualified invoice retention method), including checking for registration numbers, and it handles multiple tax rates such as the standard and reduced rates—supporting accurate bookkeeping in line with the regulations.

Can journal entries be created automatically?

Based on what it reads, the AI automatically proposes journal entries including account titles and tax categories. Because it learns from your past processing patterns, accuracy improves the more often a transaction recurs, keeping review and corrections to a minimum.
